Terms & Conditions
- No cash refunds.
- You can request an exchange & return by sending us an email at info@tortoys.com.pk along with your Order Number.
- Product can only be exchanged from the Tortoys within 07 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product
- must be unused and unaltered with the price label intact along with the purchase receipt/invoice.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of
- the final item may slightly vary from Pictures, therefore products cannot be exchange for this reason.
- Exchange or refund of any product will take place, if the product has any manufacturing defect.
- We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product has a
- manufacturing defect.
- If any product purchased at full price goes on sale it will be exchanged at the marked down price or up price.
